How long does it take for carpet to dry?
It will be dry in 1 hour. You won't need fans, open windows or the heater turned on in the winter, or the air conditioner turned on in the summer. Your carpets will be clean and dry in 1 hour after we leave!
How do I clean a carpet?
Heaven's Best has developed our own process for low moisture carpet cleaning, and it allows us to provide an unparalleled level of service. We've streamlined our process into five simple steps: 1 We thoroughly vacuum to loosen any high level debris, using a high-powered industrial vacuum. 2 We then lightly mist your carpet with hospital-grade cleaner. We allow this cleaner to sit on your carpet for a few minutes, allowing it to dissolve any surface stains. If there are any heavier stains, we will apply a special-formulated deep cleaner as well. 3 Then we'll use an orbital carpet cleaning machine outfitted with special cotton carpet cleaning pads. These pads, when used in conjunction with our orbital cleaner, are designed to gently scrub carpet fibers. 4 We then "rake" your carpet with a stiff carpet tool designed to lift the carpet fibers back into an upright position.
