Had an appointment on a Saturday, which I typically work, so I took the day of WITHOUT PAY. THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AT 11, which was my time. THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME I HAD TO GET THE CARPETS CLEANED BECAUSE I HAVE COMPANY COMING NEXT WEEKEND. I had already put most of my items in another room so they would have a clearing for cleaning my carpeting.
