What are the causes of odors?
Many of the odors encountered are the result of biological actions. One of the contributors to these odors is Nitrogen. Nitrogen tends to bond to other atoms by sharing electrons and forms new compounds. For example, when nitrogen is bound to 3 Hydrogen atoms NH3, ammonia is formed.
What does the W on a chair mean?
W. If you find a "W" on your furniture you are in luck, as it means your piece can be cleaned with water. This would mean you will be safe if you use an upholstery/carpet cleaner (by using the attachments) on your spill or stain.

How long does it take for cotton to dry?
Most pieces dry within 1 to 2 hours. However there are exceptions, cotton may take from 6 to 8 hours to dry. Furniture is only new once, but you will be amazed at the success our technicians achieve in restoring your furniture to its original beauty.

Who started the Whittington carpet cleaning company?
The company was started by Martha Whittington, who had the mission to provide customers with the best cleaning service possible while being fair and honest. Ms. Whittington has been certified in the science of carpet cleaning along with a bachelors degree in Psychology from Ohio State University in Newark.
