Found them on Groupon - worst customer service ever. Have had one no-show, one appointment they showed up too late to complete, and now can't get in touch with anyone to reschedule. Save yourself the headache and find another company. There are way too many companies competing with them for the service to be this poor.

I find the persons review below very hard to believe. Ive been using Atlantic Oceans for over years now and they always do an awesome job on my Carpet & my house cleaning service which Is done every other week!

I saw this company for the umpteenth time on Groupon and was reminded of the horrendous service I experienced one year ago. It prompted me to follow up and see Jim's rebuttle for the first time. I wrote the following in response:

This is a simple case of a customer trying to get something for free and being irate about not getting it. We waited for Mrs Higgins was over 45 mins late for her appointment we waited for her even though it made us late for the rest of our jobs.
