Natural Carpet Pre-Treatment
Our non-toxic, natural citrus based pre-treatment helps loosen stubborn oily soils from the carpet, making it much easier for the steam cleaning to release the soils and have them vacuumed up by our truckmount cleaning machine.
Steam Rinse & Flush Extraction
Slow, methodical deep steam clean flush and rinse using our industrial strength rotary extraction tool to help purge deeply embedded soils. Our super hot water will cut through oils in the carpet and effectively vacuum everything out to our truck’s collection tank.
Detailing and Spotting
Edging corners, crevices, and tile floor edges as well as taking the time to treat stubborn spots on the carpet helps give the total service a complete and finished look. This is where we spend a little more time to get the details right!
Double Dry For The Win!
To help chop hours off the dry time, we’ll go back over the areas we’ve cleaned with our rotary machine and pull up as much moisture as possible with “vacuum only” passes. This is all of the “black water” that other cleaners are leaving behind and that can leave carpets wet for up to 24 hours.

Get a 12 month spot warranty with the application of Scotchgard Protector. If a spot doesn’t come out with our Spot Out spot remover we’ll attempt to professionally remove the spot at no charge!
