What is the bright side?
After our initial in-home consultation, The Bright Side will address your specific carpet care needs with our industry-leading approach to carpet cleaning – including thorough pre-treatment, residue-free treatment solutions, triple-pass rinse extraction, and specialized techniques for especially tough cases. Big area? Big furniture? No problem! The Bright Side prepares the area to be cleaned from start to finish—including moving unwieldy pieces of furniture.
What is bright side leather?
Leather Furniture Cleaning. The Bright Side offers different restoration processes for different types of leather furniture. The three main types of leather are: Protected leather: Leather that has been “painted” and covered in a plasticized opaque coating. The finish may be matte or gloss.

Area rugs have different cleaning requirements than wall-to-wall carpeting. Don’t let inexperienced cleaners treat your fine Oriental rugs or other area rugs with inappropriate in-home cleaning equipment.

Does Bright Side clean area rugs?
The Bright Side has its own facility specifically for cleaning your area rugs, no matter if they’re precious heirlooms or more common pieces. When we provide your free estimate for your area rug cleaning job, we’ll evaluate potential problems associated with any cleaning risks and whether or not certain types of stains or soiling can be corrected by cleaning or not. When The Bright Side cleans your area rugs off site in our facility, we typically expect a 10-day turnaround. This allows for a full, thorough cleaning of both sides of the rug, post-cleaning inspection, and re-cleaning if necessary. We also perform fringe cleaning and whitening when appropriate.
