All equipment and ramps need to be re-packaged securely and shipped back to Excellent Supply via a freight carrier. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Upon inspection of the machine, approval can then be made for a refund.
