Will you move the furniture before you clean the carpets?
Yes, and there is no additional charge. After the cleaning is complete, we will return items back to its original place leaving protective padding as needed. We do ask that you remove small and breakable items before we arrive. We cannot remove or move large items including but not limited to: beds, dressers, large tables, pool tables, pianos, etc.
How quickly will my carpets be dried?
Depending on the time of year, the availability of ceiling fans in the house, and the amount of liquid needed to remove stains and soil, dry time can be anywhere from 8-24 hours. Don’t worry, you can walk on the damp carpets after cleaning…just make sure your feet or shoes are clean and try to keep walking on them to a minimum.
What else do I need to know?
We can add a Teflon protectant to your clean carpets to add a liquid and soil repellent to each carpet fiber. Not only will this help keep stains off your carpets, it will also help prolong the life of your carpet and increase the time between carpet cleaning. If you are having us out to clean the carpets for your vacation rental home this is a no brainer.
What is a premium steam cleaning service?
Our premium steam cleaning carpet service includes the cleaning of carpet, upholstery, area rugs, spot and stain removal, and pet odor treatments. We use only biodegradable and earth conscience products for a cleaner and healthier home.
Can you clean area rugs with hot water?
Most area rugs can be cleaned if operating our hot water extraction method on them can be used.
