How long will my carpet take to dry?
We typically try to get your carpets dry to the touch before we leave. drying times typically range from 3 - 6 hours. Drying times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, initial soiling level, and airflow. We reccommend leaving your windows open or turning on your air conditioning to help speed up the drying process. We also recommend allowing 24 hours before you resume "normalÓ traffic, this allows for thorough drying.
Does your process restore the original feel of my carpet?
Yes, our process leaves your carpet fresh, clean, residue free and soft to the touch.
Does steam cleaning carpet make it wear out faster?
Not at all, actually dirt acts as an abrasive when trapped in your carpet or fabrics and should be removed to reduce wear, unfortunately, and ironically, soil will also cause premature removal/abrasion of protectant designed to keep the carpet cleaner longer. Studies have shown that carpets that are regularly maintained will last twice as long as neglected carpets.
Will you remove all my stains?
(The foreign material has penetrated 'soaked into' fiber and has changed or damaged the fiber itself) Some stains may be very difficult or impossible to remove.
