Will you remove all my stains?
Let us start by defining the difference between a spot and a stain: a spot- is any foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) that is removable by standard cleaning methods. (The foreign material is on or around the carpet fiber) A stain- is foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) on carpet that is not usually removable by standard cleaning methods.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
We typically try to get your carpets dry to the touch before we leave. drying times typically range from 3 - 6 hours. Drying times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, initial soiling level, and airflow. We reccommend leaving your windows open or turning on your air conditioning to help speed up the drying process.
Does steam cleaning carpet make it wear out faster?
Not at all, actually dirt acts as an abrasive when trapped in your carpet or fabrics and should be removed to reduce wear, unfortunately, and ironically, soil will also cause premature removal/abrasion of protectant designed to keep the carpet cleaner longer.
Do you move furniture?
We don't. But we can help you move unbreakable items like beds, tables and chairs.
Should I move anything?
Yes, you should remove from the areas being cleaned, all nick knack and breakables. If you want bookshelves, etc. moved you must remove all contents first.
How often should I clean carpet?
However in general we recommend you have them professionally cleaned once or twice a year.
Can you smell wet carpet after it's been cleaned?
A: No, as the wet smell usually comes after fabric has stayed moist for too long. As long as you ventilate the room in which the carpet was cleaned, it won’t leave any bad odours behind.
