What do I do to prepare to have my carpets cleaned?
Before our arrival we ask that you pick up the small items and pre-vacuum the areas that you want cleaned. However, If you would like we can vacuum for you for an additional charge.
How long will I have to stay off of the carpets after they have been cleaned?
You can walk on the carpets immediately but we recommend at least a few hours before heavy foot traffic .
Do you use anything in your cleaning process that is harmful to me, my children or my pets?
