Fast pace hands on environment, a lot of equipment that needs learning and lessons on but fairly simple, much less work than expected but definitely worth it

Great combination of hands on and process materials. It was a very detailed day of training, informative. We learned, How to ID different types of carpet. The difference between a "spot" and a "stain" Appropriate removal of common "dirt" by correct vacuuming. Most enjoyable was meeting people in our industry.
