Been here 1 yr and the pay is great, benefits are outstanding. I can come to work and I know my job is secure. Cleaning carpets has a satisfactorily aspect to it. Customers can be a hit or miss, depends on the day I guess. The home/work life is okay.. you don’t know when the day will end until dispatch send you that message but it hasn’t been bad.

Work hard make hard money. Not great work home life balance. Very slow in winter and extremely busy during summer. Money is good but inconsistent. Solo work is expected and jobs can be very demanding.
