Well worth the price. Bought it on Black Friday and it did not disappoint. It does not work miracles but comes close. I have used it on carpet, a shag rug, and upholstery. I will say it did it’s best on the shag rug but could not get deep enough because the rug is over 2 inches deep but on the surface you cannot tell that there was a stain.

Exceptional instruction booklet and very user-friendly construction, assembly, operation and clean-up after use. Particularly liked the auto-mix feature for cleaning solution and water. Will be interested to see how it holds up with passage of time, but so far, so good. Impressed with quality of engineering and construction.

I Will Say, I Bought This When It Was On Sale For $129 Instead Of The 199 Regular Pricing. With That Said, It Is Made With Cheaper Plastic Compared To Previous Versions Of Carpet Cleaner That I've Owned. But, The Cheaper Plastic Makes It A Ton Lighter.

I think I got about 6-7 carpet cleanings out of this thing, which it did a surprisingly good job at (about 600sq/ft of carpet total so it wasn't doing any major work). In fact, I loved how well it worked...until it didn't. Like so many of the reviews on here, one day it just stopped cleaning and started leaking water everywhere.
