They only care about the totals
They are manipulating. and your family if u bring in totals and shunned out if you don't u get hired regardless they are and always will be desperate for employees.
No benefits
A poorly organized company, the paperwork is a mess, there is a lot of cold calling, the calling lists are a mess, and the work environment is not very encouraging, just a mess.
