Ruined my carpet!!!!
If I could rate zero stars I would! Left me with a stain 20 times worse than it was. The stain was light in colour when I asked for it to be treated then look at what they left me with. The stain darkened after the rug dried. I called them and they came back and took rug away for 3 weeks! Returned it exactly the same.
