The work was fine but they looked at my stairs as well as the bedrooms and gave me a quote; then later said they didn?t see the staples on the stairs and wanted to charge me a extra &150 to remove the staples from them. Also wanted to charge me an additional $300 to remove the carpet strips claiming I said I would remove them.
