After 20 years of being a customer

After 20 years of being a customer, i received a letter stating they are dropping me as a client. Their excuse is that they "are no longer able to provide service to me" So let me get this straight. You offer me 5 calls a year and because of a few years of using my limit of my tows, you want to drop me. What about the years i used 0?

AAA not loyal even after 39 years

Been wanting to leave AAA for years but my wife was loyal to them. After 39 years she was in one fender bender that was here fault with no injuries and they doubled her rate with no questions or consideration to her loyalty.

If I could give a negative star

If I could give a negative star, I would. Been with AAA for 6 years and today, I will no longer continue that relationship. I called this morning at 8:29AM to get a tow to a shop 10 mins away. Was not able to speak to a human, instead I received a text to go online to place a request for assistance.

AAA CORRUPT CROOKED CONDUCT

If you want AAA to tow your car to the mechanic next block, they will give you the service. But if you ask AAA to get your car towed from Beverly Hills to Rowland Heights (36 miles) they won't give you the service. My AAA 'Plus' membership included 100 miles towing support.

3 times AAA has failed me

I dropped AAA back around 2014 after several years of being a member when I broke down at 11:30 in the evening on a dark country road where I was left stranded with no power, no lights on the vehicle and being on hold more than 15 minutes with AAA. I was able to enlist a local garage to tow my truck to safety.

hate posting reviews like this but if it saves someone else from having a bad day then it is worth it. i signed up for AAA premier RV mainly because of the towing benefit should i ever need it (although unlikely as my motorhome has never broken down knock on wood).
