As the services were quoted properly when you contacted our office, it was explained that you can not decline the preconditioning as it is a required part of the services. Also, the technician explained to our office that the carpeting did need some level of preconditioning, and the dispatch office offered to provide a discount as the preconditioning is for more than just individual stains. We attempted to accommodate with the customer to try to make sure our services were provided properly and that we could maintain our 90 day guarantee. As you declined the services, we left but we do not believe, as we attempted to be clear, that we were dishonest in anyway.
