Great carpet cleaner
We have old carpets and over the years they have had a lot of abuse from kids and pets.
The trick is to align the buckets and lid properly
I had same problem where the pump won't work. Make sure your buckets sit in properly. And the top-half sits on the bucket with no gaps on sides. This allows the pump to reach the hose properly. There's nothing wrong with this product IMO it works perfect if you do those things. Only complaint it should come with a smaller head for car detailing.
A Frustrating Machine
When it works, it works really well. However, once it goes wrong, I'm pulling my hair out. The little black rubber seal keeps disappearing into the machine, or it falls off into the clean water bucket. And the machine doesn't work without it.

I bought this second hand from cash converters and it looked brand new. I paid $30 with all the accesories and it looked like it may have cost $150 at the most new and i was shocked to see there over $500, the original price from Cash converters was $120 but i noticed the price was changed 3 times as they couldn,t sell it.

Only used the machine about 6 times and the water doesn't pump out for the carpet cleaner function. Disappointing for such an expensive product. Have used it mainly to clean tiles for which it does a pretty ordinary job. The water stopped pumping at a time when I would have liked to clean a carpet
Stopped working after 2 hours
I bought this item to clean carpets at home. Whilst it was working it was good, and convenient. Broke down after 2 hours. The clean water no longer pumped out of the machine. Effective cleaning when it works. The concept is good overall, with a modest size, and a strong motor. Quiet for a spray cleaner.
Karcher FAIL
I acquired my Karcher by using Flybuy points (over 100K), the machine worked three times and then failed. The service centre is 1.5 hours away - I live on the Gold Coast. I delivered the machine to the service centre on 7 September - today is 29 December - after three attempts to fix the machine - it remains unusable.
