What is the vibration system on a Khouri rug?
All rugs capture pollen, toxins, dust and dirt. Khouri’s uses vibration vacuuming system on the back of the rug to remove these materials. If not removed properly, these materials will wear your carpet more quickly by acting like sandpaper against the rug fibers.

Can you clean area rugs with hot water?
Area rugs should never be cleaned in the home, especially by steam and/or hot water. Heat will cause buckling, bleeding, and/or shrinking. At Khouri’s, all rugs are brought to our state-of-the art cleaning facility, where we use environmentally safe products.
