Is Martin rug cleaning low tech?
Martin is pretty low-tech, everything done on slips of paper and handwritten tags. When we came back to pick up our newer rug a week later (per their timeline), they had trouble locating it. Finally, they found it and it hadn't yet been cleaned. Not a huge inconvenience for us... not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but thought it worth mentioning.
Do Martins carpets bleach?
I have used Martins for nearly 30 years but won't be returning. They over bleached the cotton fringe on my area carpet to the point of disintegration. Worst of all, the owners insisted that I brought it in that way. Beware.
