I rang Misha stating I had a quote and I didn’t want to go over that I was given a price to match so made a choice to go with them based on nothing other then the price $165 for this particular property, I required two properties to have the carpet cleaned, when the carpet cleaner arrived at the second property the price went to $230 I explained the quote that I was given and that I couldn’t go over that and that I was a pensioner it made no difference to him the measurements were overall the same that I had given when I got the quote but he was relentless I had no choice but to accept it as I had to hand the keys in that day, be very careful and be sure what your paying prior..

The cleaners did their job but their measurements were quite different to the professional measurements we had already had done. They insisted they were correct and were not willing to remeasure or adjust their price. I recommend you watch their measurements to trust their accuracy.
