Removing Permanent Stains with a Bonded Insert
In case of permanent stains, the carpet is taken back to its original state by cutting the stained portion out and inserting a new piece of the same carpet into the cutout spot. This process is known as a bonded insert. The inserted carpet may look newer than the surrounding area until traffic and wear blend it in over time.
