This really did a good job with my rugs. They felt fluffy and clean and the dog smell was greatly reduced. I did 1 pass with the shampoo then another pass with just hot water. Worked great!

I am not sure if this shampoo is working or not. It cleans and removes the odor for a moment, but odor comes back next day. It's OK product to buy.
