Energetic fun place to work with noone looking over your shoulder

Awesome place to work. From the owner to the new hires very friendly and kind atmosphere. Very in-depth training. And the product accually works. At first the pay appears to be low but once you get going and realize the product sells itself and you get that first paycheck. Wow.

Great company

Outstanding company to work for. Owner in Springfield MO respects and values his employees. Biggest concern is during winter months (Jan and Feb) jobs can be limited.

Has Ups and downs

The company can be great. Only one slow season here which is after the holidays. (January and February) but other than that, pretty decent pay. Hard work if you're doing it right, but not back breaking. Nose breaking though. Lol (allergies)

fun place

i love this place good people fun to be around. I love the management and sales reps. The customers are nice and always friendly and they are right..

Great place to work if you like to work alone

I started as a carpet cleaner. The process was easy to learn. Management was firm but flexible. The main goal was to make sure the job was done well and to customer satisfaction. I worked three days a week, sometimes a from 8 am to 8 pm but I had the rest of the week to myself. It was cool.

Pretty Good Company to work for

I was hired part time and found the pay to be great for the hours I worked. Good Management, nice performance bonuses. Commission, but I averaged about $30/hr. They paid me extra for far away jobs so that was nice. The cleaning method is quite good. Better then other places I've worked. No insurance or much room for advancment.

A good company to work for. But horrible management

The supervisor and branch operator for the Torrance location was very unprofessional. No consistency with paying employees on time or fairly. Promised commission for reviews and tips received but would not pay accordingly. Spoke to employees in disrespectful and inappropriate ways. Refused to give necessary supplies and tools needed for jobs.
