Do not what ever you do go with these guys

Silly me had two goes at them. First time they didn’t even show up no call or anything. Then the second time he was 30minutes late then complained about walking 2mins to the entrance of the door. Had told them to give the keys to reception but instead had put the keys into the mail box which I can’t enter the building when keys are inside.

Disgusted

The guy turned up 4 hours late, tried to add money to my quote, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I called the company to complain and they said I was trying to get out of paying the bill!!! Very upsetting.

Please avoid! Worst carpet cleaning we've ever had, and will try and charge you more

We were quoted $150 on the phone. When the man came he didn't realise we already had a quote and tried to charge us $330. We've had our carpets cleaned twice a year for the last 8 years and this carpet clean was by far the worst we've ever had.

CON MAN

This man came half an hour late and smelt of smokes. He didn’t even remove any stains from my couch. Spilt a bucket of water on the floor and didn’t clean it up. $180 for 20 minutes of work that didn’t clean anything
