Your rug dr didn’t even work. We used it on one room 3 times and all it did was make the house smell terrible. It didn’t remove any spots. We took it back almost as soon as we got it. It was a total waste of our money.

Horrible. Worst decision I've made concerning carpet or floor cleaning products. First machine wouldn't even spray the liquid out. Second machine stained my carpet. Looks worse after than before. No help from customer service. Just an automated message telling me that nobody could help me.

Extremely easy to use the kiosk, and when we had a problem with the first carpet cleaner we rented, they were very helpful and it was very easy to go exchange it at the kiosk.
