He is a master technician with certifications in carpet and upholstery cleaning, carpet repair, odor removal, and water damage restoration as well as applied structural drying, mold damage and remediation. He believes in the power of knowledge and quality of customer service. He maintains high standards for his employees, personally hiring and training each one.
