Toxic environment
Toxic environment, owner is only concerned with his next score and will purposefully hinder employee growth for his own amusement. Long hours and paychecks are always short.
Productive ,Great Pay,Position and Quick position advancement
I was a Manager worked 6-7 days a week really whensver I could loved what I did. Great Career would love to work in the environment. My Training manager was amazing taught me what I needed to know and I picked up pretty fast. My Head Manager on the other hand wasn't fond of me to much. I wasn't provided any benefits or paid time off.
Horrible Job
Very horrible job. Very unstable. Bad management and owner. Owner threatened to kill me. I was the only technician with all job skill and still low pay cause my age and schooling. Weekly check always had money missing. Very very stressful job.
