It's expensive but they do beautiful work. I phoned Hadeed Carpet Cleaning in Alexandria, VA in September 2019. I had a rug which needed cleaning but had possible moth damage. The Hadeed rep told me that they would send someone out to review my rug & demanded a $125 deposit which I paid via my credit card.
Are hadeeds rugs any good?
I've used Hadeeds for several years (even giving them a five star yelp review in 2014) and have spent over $1500 (this is a low estimate) since 2014 to get yearly cleanings for all of my rugs. One might expect that a loyal customer would get good service if things go awry.
