How long does it take to clean 400 sq ft of carpet?
With our high powered professional truck mounted system we can clean 400 square feet in about an hour. However, this estimate can vary based upon the condition of your carpet and the amount of furnishings that need to be moved.
Can you use a truck mounted cleaning system?
Yes, we use our high powered professional truck mounted system for maximum cleaning potential and we have over 250 ft of hoses so we can safely run hoses up to your floor and into your home, securing them to balcony’s and stairwells as needed. Please call our office with concerns and please check if your building association will allow this.
Does sealing grout make it harder to clean logs?
This is a very popular question asked by our clients. In short, sealing grout makes cleaning it more difficult in the log run.
Do you seal grout lines?
Maybe for a little while. Grout lines are porous and will take in the dirt. It makes sense to seal them for protection against soil penetration. The issue we as a company are coming across is that the seal does not last and is easily broken with normal wear and tear and cleaning chemicals. If it is not sealed correctly, which 95% of the time it is not, dirt and grease will slip through the side of the grout lines and now you have sealed dirt. Tile and grout cleaners use sealing as an upsell marketing tool for them to make more money. If they wont be honest we will. DO NOT USE SEALER ON YOUR GROUT LINES, LEAVE THEM IN THEIR NATURAL STATE!.
Rug Washing Process
Determine what type of rug you have (Fiber Type, Dye Test, Construction, Conditions & PHOTO) in order to keep your rugs safe.

Using a centrifuge (1200rpm spin cycle), we extract any liquids left inside the rug after cleaning.
7. FINISH
The last step of our 5 Star washing process is to use a moisture sensor and to brush/groom in order to assure you that you’ve received the absolute best care for your beautiful rugs.
