What is zerorez® cleaning?

Do I need to vacuum before Zerorez?
It is important to vacuum thoroughly and clean prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you remove items such as lamps, picture frames and other fragile items from tabletops and clear floor of toys, books and other small items. Please also ensure there is an entrance to the home or building that is unobstructed.
How long does carpet take to dry after Zerorez?
Our typical dry time is between 4 to 8 hours, but it could take more time or less time based the temperature and humidity inside the home.In the meantime, it's completely safe to walk on the damp carpet (as long as you're comfortable with the cleanliness of your feet).
