Is Zerorez hot water extraction?
The Hot water extraction method uses hot water and soaps that are injected into your carpet at high pressure to loosen up any dirt, dust, or debris in them. A high powered vacuum is then used to lift the hot water, cleaning agents, and debris back out of carpets.
